Important Information About CCS Medical Pharmacy
CCS Medical Pharmacy only accepts original prescriptions when delivered directly to the pharmacy by the prescriber's office via legal means, whether electronic, phone, or fax. Patients may not transmit prescriptions via these means, as they will not be accepted as valid prescriptions.
CCS Medical requires a valid prescription for "Rx Only" products (e.g., insulin pump device) before dispensing the items.
PLEASE NOTE: Syringes and needles cannot be purchased without a medical practitioner's prescription unless state law otherwise allows.
