Q: When will members have access to the App?
A: Current LivingConnected members will have access to the new application this spring. We anticipate the app to be live in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store in late April. We will communicate with our clients to announce when the app is live.
Q: Is there a cost to our members or us?
A: The LivingConnected App is an added benefit for your members. It is simply another way for CCS to provide more value and additional resources to your members through our multimodal approach.
Q: How will you notify our members?
A: We will reach out to all active LivingConnected members through email, direct mail, and text. There is an opportunity for you to co-brand these communications, which typically results in better enrollment and engagement. Please let me know if you would like more information on co-branding.
Q: Is the app available to everyone?
A: The app is designed for individuals 18 years and older and those who are not pregnant.
Q: What if the member is not interested in using the app?
A: The app is not required but rather another option available to those who enjoy the convenience an app offers. It will not impact the quality of care they are used to receiving from the LivingConnected Program, regardless of whether they adopt the app.
