Tomato Sparkler

- 1/2 cup reduced-sodium vegetable juice, chilled
- 1/4 cup club soda, chilled
- Dash hot sauce
- Minced cilantro to taste
- 1/2 stalk celery
- In a small glass, combine the juice and soda.
- Stir in the hot sauce, and then sprinkle with the cilantro.
- Place the celery in the glass and serve.
