Tomato Sparkler

Preparation time: 5 minutes
Servings: 1        

  • 1/2 cup reduced-sodium vegetable juice, chilled
  • 1/4 cup club soda, chilled
  • Dash hot sauce
  • Minced cilantro to taste
  • 1/2 stalk celery   
  1. In a small glass, combine the juice and soda. 
  2. Stir in the hot sauce, and then sprinkle with the cilantro. 
  3. Place the celery in the glass and serve.
