Senior Vice President – General Counsel

Jonathan Napier, J.D.  joined CCS Medical in October 2011 as Senior Vice President – General Counsel.  Before joining CCS Medical, Mr. Napier served as General Counsel, Executive Vice President and Corporate Secretary of The Broadlane Group, Inc.  Broadlane managed more than $10 billion in annual supply chain spend, focusing on healthcare purchasing, technology, and outsourcing.  Jonathan was a key member of Broadlane’s leadership team since the company’s founding in 2000 through its sale to MedAssets, Inc. in late 2010. Mr. Napier practiced law with two prominent Indianapolis law firms between 1998 and 2000. 

Mr. Napier earned his J.D. at the University of Iowa College of Law, graduating with High Distinction, as well as earned a B.A. in Religion with Honors from the University of Iowa.
