Chicken Curry Salad

Preparation Time:  15 minutes
Servings: 4

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, cooked and diced
  • 2 tsp mustard
  • ½ cup lite mayonnaise
  • ½ cup chopped celery
  • ½ onion, finely minced
  • 1 apple, peeled and chopped
  • ¼ cup chopped walnuts
  • ½ cup raisins
  • 1 tsp seasoning salt
  • 1/2 tsp curry powder
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl and toss to mix. Chill before serving.
